Privacy
What we collect. Your name, e-mail address, and birth date, time and place. Nothing else, and nothing gathered without you sending it to us.
Why. Solely to produce the readings you asked for, and to send them to you. Birth data is personal data under the GDPR and is treated as such.
Consent. Recorded with a date when you send us your details. You can withdraw it at any time, which stops any further processing.
Retention. Kept while you are a client and for as long as needed to honour a reading you have paid for. Erased on request — write to us and it is done, with no explanation required and no attempt to talk you out of it.
Never shared. Your data is not published, quoted, sold, or reused outside your own file. No reading is ever used as an example without explicit permission, and we do not ask for it.
Your rights. Access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction and objection, under Articles 15 to 21 of the GDPR. One e-mail is enough to exercise any of them.
Processors. Readings are produced with AI assistance; birth data passed to that step is not used to train any model. Payments are handled by a merchant of record, which receives your billing details but not your birth data.
Terms
What you are buying. A written document, delivered electronically, produced specifically for your chart. Not a consultation, not a subscription unless explicitly labelled as one.
VAT. Readings are an electronically supplied service. VAT is charged at the rate of your own country and remitted through a merchant of record.
Right of withdrawal. Under EU consumer law you normally have fourteen days to withdraw from a distance purchase. Because a reading is digital content produced for you and delivered immediately, you are asked to waive that right before delivery, in line with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code. If you do not waive it, we hold delivery until the fourteen days have passed — that choice is yours.
Accuracy of what you give us. The reading is computed from the birth details you supply. If the time is wrong, the chart is wrong, and that is not something we can detect from the outside. Where a time is uncertain, say so and we will tell you which parts remain reliable.
Not professional advice. Nothing in a reading is medical, legal, psychological or financial advice. Astrology and numerology are offered here as frameworks for reflection and timing, not as determinism and not as prediction.
