Gene Keys

The same 64 gates as Human Design, read contemplatively instead of mechanically. Where Human Design says how to decide, Gene Keys asks what a tendency looks like at its worst, at its most useful, and at its best.

What it measures

Nothing new. The computation is identical to Human Design — the same tropical positions, the same wheel, the same two passes. What changes is the reading: each gate is presented as a triad of Shadow, Gift and Siddhi, three registers of one disposition.

What it contributes

A vocabulary for movement. A Human Design chart tells you what you are; the Gene Keys triad tells you which direction the same material can travel in. It is the layer people find most useful when a reading has named something uncomfortable, because it treats the uncomfortable thing as a starting point rather than a verdict.

Its limit — and why we don’t sell it alone

Once the gates are fixed, everything that follows is interpretation. There is no second computation, no independent timing system, no separate check. Sold on its own it would be a €38 document containing one calculation you already paid for under another name — and a great deal of our prose.

So we don’t. Gene Keys is included in the Natal Dossier and is not available separately. If you want the gates read this way, take the Dossier or take Human Design and ask for the triad as your free question.

It also inherits Human Design’s sensitivity to birth time exactly: a line that flips changes the triad with it.

Not sold alone. Included in all eight systems, cross-read: €108. Human Design on its own: €38.
